Impact test to check protections

Nuova Metaltre is equipped with an internal laboratory to carry out the impact tests on the metal protections and glasses, thus managing to provide all the certifications necessary to ensure the correct construction and sizing of the cabins made according to specific type C regulations.

Internally we have a 'cannon' type compressed air test instrument available as specified in the specific standards for machine tools, lathes, work centres, wood milling machines, grinding machines, etc.

The measurement instrument is in turn calibrated to check the impact speed in collaboration with the Giordano Institute.

This allows us to carry out specific experimental analyses on individual elements that require special checks and allows us to carry out an overall experimental analysis on the entire cabin

The same experimental checks are also carried out on the glass of which we can provide the certificate according to the various regulations.

EN 848-3 - MILLING MACHINES FOR WOOD

UNI EN 13128 - MILLING MACHINES

checks on specific standards requested by the customer are also possible.
