CARPENTRY AND LASER CUTTING

Specialized in the production of generic carpentry for third parties and in laser cutting.

Within our production plant we carry out all carpentry, laser cutting, bending and assembly activities available to all our customers who need a 'turnkey' service for their production needs.

The activities carried out include:

• Drawing system compatible with dwg and dxf and 3D formats

• Laser cutting with the possibility of cutting up to 20 mm for iron and 8 mm for stainless steel with 1500x3000 format
• Bending operation: by means of two 125-ton 8-axis and 50-ton benders
• Automatic calendering machine for sheets with a maximum size of 2 m in width and 5 mm in thickness
• Flat and tubular machining: cutting, drilling, milling, tapping ...
• Six welding benches with highly specialized and licensed personnel for component welding
• Assembly of fairings for machine tools and components in general
• Industrial building of 3000 square meters overall area and 1400 square meters of covered area
